Clean burn, good scent

I ordered the woody fragrance OpenWick candle last week. The ordering process on the website was straightforward. Shipping took about 4 days to get to me in California. Packaging was secure, no damage. The candle burns very cleanly, really no soot, and the scent is pleasant without being too strong. The OpenWick design seems to work well. I was happy with this purchase overall.

Good value for a gift set

I was looking for a gift and saw the holiday gift set. It was a pretty good deal with the free shipping for orders over a certain amount. The price felt right for the quality. My friend really liked the scents. Worth what I paid, definitely.

Loved the floral scent

Got the floral candle bundle! The scents are amazing and they look so good. The OpenWick technology is really cool, it burns so evenly. I will definitely be buying more from Cue Company, my home smells fantastic!

Nice home fragrance

Grabbed one of those citrus candles a bit ago. It smelled pretty good, not too fake or anything. Shipping was alright, got here when they said it would. The jar looks nice too, fits with my living room stuff. No complaints, happy with it.

Anyone compared Cue Company to Diptyque or Boy Smells? Are they worth the price difference, or is Cue Company a good alternative if I'm trying to save a bit but still want quality?

P Priya Kim 3 months ago

I've tried all three. Diptyque is super luxurious but pricey. Boy Smells is cool, but Cue Company's OpenWick system is actually a big differentiator for me. The burn quality is just better, and the scents are still really nice and unique. Good middle ground if you want quality without totally breaking the bank.

Cue Company definitely holds its own. The scents are sophisticated and not basic like Yankee Candle. For the price and the clean burn, I think they're a great alternative to the really high-end brands.

I just signed up for their newsletter, did anyone get a first order discount code? Or was that just for signing up like way back when?

J Jared F. 2 months ago

Yeah, they usually send you a welcome code for signing up. Check your spam folder, sometimes it ends up there. Should be like 10-15% off.

I got one last month! It popped up right after I entered my email. It's probably still active.

Hey guys, thinking of trying Cue Company for some new candles. Are their OpenWick candles really as good as they say, like no soot and all? Or is it just marketing hype?

N Nick Patel 2 months ago

I've bought a few and honestly, the OpenWick is legit. My jars stay super clean compared to other brands where it's always black around the rim. They burn down really evenly too.

Yeah, I noticed way less soot. It's a game changer for me because I hated cleaning up after burning candles. Plus, they seem to last longer than my old P.F. Candle Co ones.

Anyone know if Cue Company does free shipping? Trying to decide if I should buy a few candles or just one, depends on the shipping costs lol.

N Nick Foster 2 months ago

They usually have free shipping if your order hits a certain amount. I think it's like $75 or $100? Worth checking their site before you checkout.

Yep, free shipping over $75. I always try to hit that to save some cash.

Quick question about returns. If I order a scent and don't like it, can I send it back? Wondering about their return policy before I commit to a big order.

R Raj 3 months ago

I returned a gift set once because the scents weren't for me, and it was pretty straightforward. Just contact their customer service and they'll guide you through it. I think you have like 30 days or something?

Yeah, I think you can return unused items. Just make sure you still have the original packaging. My experience was good, they were pretty chill about it.
